Overview f.lux 4.118
f.lux makes your computer screen look like the room you are in, all the time. When the sun goes down, it makes your computer look like interior lights. In the morning, it makes things look like sunlight again.
Tell f.lux what kind of lighting you have and where you live. Then forget it. Flux will do the rest, automatically. Flow fixes this: it makes the color of your computer screen adapt to the time of day, warm at night, and like sunlight during the day.
Plus, f.lux lets you preview all-day lighting changes in just a few seconds, so you can be sure you’re happy with the settings, or go back and try again.
The app also offers a “Movie Mode”, which will try to maintain colors and shadow details, but will still present images in warmer color tones, balancing powerful contrasts.
Also, you can turn off f.lux for an hour, if you need to work on something that is more color sensitive and want your computer to display images in their original tones, without any adjustments.
Features of f.lux :

Movie mode. This setting heats up your screen, but preserves shadow detail, skin tones, and sky colors better than typical flow colors. Lasts 2½ hours, allowing you to watch most movies
